PERCEPCIÓN DEL FUNCIONAMIENTO FAMILIAR EN PACIENTES CON INSUFICIENCIA CARDIACA
Resumen
Introducción: El funcionamiento familiar se entiende como un precursor del autocuidado efectivo; cuando este no es óptimo, el autocuidado puede verse comprometido. Esto hace necesario que el profesional de enfermería realice valoraciones que permitan identificar a aquellas familias que presentan problemas de conflicto con el fin de minimizar el compromiso en la adherencia del paciente.
Objetivo: Describir cómo perciben los pacientes con falla cardiaca el nivel de funcionamiento de su unidad familiar en una institución hospitalaria durante el primer semestre del 2020.
