ADAPTACIÓN CULTURAL Y VALIDACIÓN DE ESCALA DE ANGUSTIA POR SED PARA PACIENTES CON FALLA CARDÍACA
Resumen
Introducción: La sed es un síntoma intenso y angustiante, que desencadena un impacto negativo en el paciente con falla cardiaca y requiere herramientas para identificarlo y manejarlo oportunamente. En Colombia no existen herramientas validadas para la medición de la angustia por sed, por esta razón la adaptación de la escala TDS-HF podría ser el inicio para comprender mejor el síntoma e implementar estrategias de prevención y control.
