Designed in accordance with the agile methodology for the generation of SCRUM projects during the period from March to November 2024.</p> <p>Results: Within the Test Planning Phase, the SCRUM roles were defined and the content requirements that the software must have were identified in 11 cardiovascular care nursing professionals from a third-level care unit. In the Daily Meeting Phase, the development and delivery of the software design was evaluated, which includes a cardiovascular nursing assessment, 35 diagnoses, 85 Results, and 96 Nursing Interventions, as well as evidence from Clinical Practice Guidelines and Evidence-Based Practice. In the Testing Phase, the software was tested on 11 nursing professionals and four nursing teachers with clinical experience in cardiovascular management. Individualized Nursing Care Plans were obtained digitally through the Ocean Digital Cloud/Server.
